We charge a one-time setup fee to cover the time we’ll spend getting to know your business and industry sector, especially if we’re not already familiar with it. This process includes understanding your long and short-term goals, target audience, and market positioning. We’ll also audit your current social media pages, refreshing graphics or copy where needed.
The fee covers setup and access to our social scheduling platform, as well as integration or setup of Google Analytics for performance tracking. This ensures we’re fully aligned with your objectives and industry, providing a solid foundation for successful social media management.
